TERMS
Shipping
World wide shipping for all products available to purchase online.
LFPShop processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
Packages ship from France. All purchases shipped within France will be charged using La Poste rates: 8€, items will be trackable and delivery times will vary from 1-4 business days.
Orders to european Union will be shipped by La Poste, using La Poste rates: 15€. They will be trackable and delivery times will take from 2-7 business days.
Orders to international will be shipped by La Poste, using La Poste rates: 25€. They will
be trackable and delivery times will take from 2-7 business days.
Included tax will always be deducted on orders to non-EU 2.4 destinations.
Returns / Exchanges
Items can't be returned for a refund, Online Credit* or exchange. All items and limited collaborations are final sale. Please contact us if you have any question.
LFPShop will not accept returns.
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to LFPShop by the carrier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of your purchase. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
Lost / stolen / Damaged packages
LFPShop is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Carrier
company (La Poste) holds full responsibility upon departure from LFPShop’s shipping facility. Customer advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier. LFPShop will provide all necessary information needed to facilitate claim, but will only initiate filing claim if deemed a human clerical error on behalf of the retailer. Due to liability of the carrier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process.
Revocation
Customer may cancel his contractual order agreement by returning the goods within fourteen days without stating the grounds. The period of revocation shall begin from the date on which the goods were accepted by the customer or a third person appointed by you, who is not the carrier.
In order for the customer to exercise the right of revocation, the customer must notify us - LFPShop by e-mail: lfp@plusmurs.fr accordingly in an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contractual order agreement. You may use the sample revocation form below for this purpose. Sending notification of the customer’s intention to exercise the right of revocation prior to expiry of the period of revocation shall be sufficient to comply with the period of revocation.
